Great service. Thank you for fixing my glass fast , I called other companies and they couldn't help me the same day, this company sent a tech the same day and the price was fair.

This company is a trip. They quoted $500 for a little bathroom window. My wife wrote a check for half. I had second thoughts and called the guy to cancel. He said he was committed., already cut the glass (like 20 minutes since the tech left) and started talking about how the molecules in tempered glass work. He talked, didn't listen. When it was clear I was going to cancel the deal, he said he could do it for a contractor price, whatever that is, for a flat $300. He'd have to check with his boss. Right! Afterward, I canceled the check doubting he would even call back. Well, they did. Give credit for that. They were 6 hours late because they couldn't schedule their work. When finished I wrote the check out for the full amount telling the tech I had cancelled the other check. He asked if his boss knew that. I said I didn't know, didn't tell him. Two minutes late the boss call and says he "laments", yes "laments" over what his tech told him. Up till now, no one was aware I had cancelled the check. All of a sudden everyone knew and had a price on it. He said his bank charged him $30 for bounced check. I said show me the bank statement and I will cover his cost. He said it was on the invoice which it wasn't and wouldn't have meant anything anyway. Then he said let's split it and call it a day. I gave them $15 and sent them on their way. When I told him he had no integrity trying to screw me on the price, he said it was called free market capitalism. He had integrity because he was a licensed contractor. If that was all it took, right. Sleazy is the word.

stay away from this company. I called to repair the screen door. They charged me $375. a month later the door had the same issues. I called again and they wanted to charge me again. Overpriced, low quality of work. SLEAZY. STAY AWAY!!!!!

hi everyone, the past days I was in need of a glass and I called ABC, but I lost my time they came very late when we had an appointment and they come 2 hours after. They also came with very exaggerated prices like $575 plus tax and I thought it was ok I because i didn't have an idea of the average price to the type of glass i needed. So when I said that i was going to give them a call the next day, they say that they can charge me 400.00 flat. I thought that something must be wrong since the price dropped immediately.Then five days later when i clearly told them that i would call back if i wanted their glass, on monday at 9:00 pm Fabian called me and he apparently had NEW PRICE FOR ME $180.00 FLAT. I mean, what is the game with them if they're a professional company so what is happening? and the people at this ABC call many times it's almost as if they're desperate for money. So be careful every one because they aren't professionals and a professional company never follows you too much.

Fabian did a fantastic job! Easy to reach, he came immediately, charge me a fair price and did a great job fixing our sliding glass door. Great service!

Home owners and Senior Citizens of South Florida beware...never ever do business with this company!!!



My grandmother had a broken window at her home. In good faith I called Abc Window & Glass to come out and give me an estimate. The job was to replace single light glass with a measurement of 28" X 32". The technician measured the glass and told me that he had to contact his boss for the total cost. I was given a quote of $298 to replace the glass. After I declined the bid the technician offered to sell me the glass (under the table) for $50 if I measured it or $60 if he measured it. Being in dire need of getting this glass installed I agreed to have the tech measure the glass as I would install it myself. After much debate, the tech assured me that the measurements were accurate. He would not cut the glass until I placed the $60 in his hand. While I was attempting to install the glass the technician got in his truck and left. The glass was too big and did not fit.

I called to speak with the owner of this company. The individual I spoke with said that he represented the company and that what happened to me was standard practice. He also informed that the technician I encountered was the best technician he had and that this individual had over 30 years of experience.



The only reason I'm giving this company one star is because they showed up. If there was a way to give negative stars I would give them a negative five stars. If the deceptive practices of this individual represents the business ethics of this company, I warn all to avoid doing business with them at all cost!



This company not only gives a bad image to the reputable companies out there who are honest, it also makes me question what this particular company would have done to my grandmother (a senior citizen) had I not been there.



I did eventually contact a company by the name of Broward Glass. This company not only showed up promptly, they replaced the glass and seal for a total cost of $75.00 (installed).



Shame on you Abc Glass.

Great job by the technician. Job was very well done. Very polite. Worked quickly. They cleaned up the area when finished. Did have to do some price negotiating, but that is to be expected living in South Florida. Thank you A B C Glass.

Excellent service and very professional. Had my glass replaced within 1 hour of calling. I would use them again if needed.
