After calling Above All , I spoke with a woman who told me the service call was85 dollars to show up after explaining that my door wouldn't close with the remote. A technician named Ed showed up 2 hours late. He proceeded to tell me that my safety eye sensor bracket was rusted and caused them not to align. I told him to replace the bracket. 20 minutes later he said in the process of unscrewing it, that the sensor broke. He told me it would be an additional 65$ to replace the safety eyes. After replacing the eyes, he opened and closed the door numerous times and the opener stopped working. He then told me that the motor had failed and it would cost me 390 to replace with a new unit. I called the office and they told me that the technicians diagnosis was correct and that I had to pay for everything that was done or replace the unit. Now i am out 150$ and have a garage door that is completely inoperable!!! I reached out to a local small business who came and replaced a part inside the motor for $35 and it works as good as new! Stay far away from this company. They have unskilled technicians who are just out to get in your pockets. I hope this post will save at least one person from being ripped off by Above All Overhead Door! It seems that any company is "Above" this companies poor standards.

I had Above All Overhead Door out today. The technician Joe came out he was very professional and friendly. Joe fixed my cables and adjusted the door. Price was very good and he was done within a half hour. It was nice to have a service business that is reliable!!!

Our tension spring on the garage door broke. I found Above All Overhead Door and saw the great reviews. They were absolutely true. Joe got there the same day, within less than 3 hours after I called. They called before he came out to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, informative and very efficient. He told us to ask any questions and was very informative on how to take care of the spring and doors to keep everything functioning well for years to come. Quick service, great guy, great business, and great price.

I had Above All come out to hook up the new smart phone ap to allow me to open my garage with my phone. Love this new feature and the price was not bad at all!Thanks for your great serviceMike and Patty

Above all overhead door definitely goes above the call of duty and the extra mile for the customer! I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors (always charging far more than what the job calls for) but this was not the case with them. Firstly, the phone was answered promptly and courteously, the girl really knew her stuff, she was able to give me a ball park figure for my repair and made arrangements to have a tech come out the "same day" even though it was Saturday evening. The tech came out within the window quoted, he was very pleasant and kind but above all "HONEST" he gave me my repair options and cost upfront, no games, he got to work quickly and replaced both my springs. In addition, he checked and lubed all other parts. The charge was so fair that I even had him replace my old garage keypad and transmitter all for an additional low fee and the great convenience of him having it in stock in the truck at the time of the service call (the parts replaced were quality OEM factory replacements) I cannot say enough good stuff about these guys! This is the first time I do not get taken by an overpriced contractor, keep up the great work guys!!

The guy here was extemely nice and efficient. He was honest and gave me a fair price. I had another problem a few wks later and he fixed it with no charge. Although it was something minor, most places would have charged to fix it. He was awesome and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants excellent service!!!!

Our car was trapped in our garage because of broken springs on our garage door. We call Above All Overhead Door and they came out two hours later to make the repair. They were so nice, they even did an inspection to make sure that everything else was fine. I was so impressed with the service I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. They are definately the cheapest guys in town with excellent service.
