These guys are the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. They kept changing the time they'd be here and raised the price of the move and finally never showed up leaving a military wife stranded with no mover. Not only am I posting this review here I will be following up with a less than favorable Facebook post which will be shared and shared and a complaint with the better business bureau.

Clean up your act!!

I wish I could give this company no stars. I read the previous reviews and googled the company and saw nothing negative. When I spoke with Larry I was impressed. Then he got my deposit...and life changed. This was Friday and I spent the next week chasing him down to get a firm start time and date. I had to have a friend call since he seemed to be screening my calls. His crew showed up and it was downhill from there. Larry called asking for cash after we had discussed credit. He said his machine was broke. I said no can do. Then he calls telling me how his guys on the truck had no gas to get back and needed cash. And on and on. Call after call. Before I booked, he assured me his crew worked for him and an owner/operator would be on the truck...well no owner/operator and the crew had never done work for him before.

The price I was quoted on the phone was conveniently forgotten and a surcharge was added at the end. My furniture was thrown in the living room.

Do not do business with this company...you will be aggrevated and overpay.

they were awesome, I called on sat. morning because my mover never showed, they were at my apt. in an hour, packed everything and did a great job, I was impressed, great company don't call anyone else.....
