I do not agree with the previous customer's rating on this company! I found the men that came to repair my above ground pool to be very prepared and very professional. IF the price was cheaper from the local pool store, I would have gladly paid extra for this company because of the level of expertise. I've wasted too much money and too many years trying to have the local pool stores help me and a couple other companies for that matter. I am so satisfied with the work they did and I am so happy that I have finally found the company that I will be using for all my needs with my above ground pool!



Just another side note.... When reading reviews, I have learned to realize that there can be 100 good reviews, but there will still always be someone that was not happy for whatever reason. It's a shame that this company and these men who do the work haven't received more reviews. Personally, I never have written a review for anything ever, however I have now found this web site and one other that I gladly wrote about my great experience.

I hired this company to repair a leak in my above ground pool. Dan, the owner, informed me they have been around for 20 years and were very successful at finding leaks. Well, the service man showed up and asked me if he could borrow a pair of goggles. I should have known then I was getting ripped off. He swam around for about 1 hour wearing my kids goggles. He did not have any tools of anykind, such as dye or some kind of air supply so he could stay under for more than 20 seconds at a time. He finally said he found 2 "good sized" holes in the area I had told him we suspected the leak to be. He applied the patches and I paid him $275 for his services. The next day, the pool was still leaking. Now I was told that if I decided to replace the liner, he would apply 1/2 of the $275 towards the purchase and installation of a new liner. So I called and got a price. His price was still $300 higher than my local pool store, even with the discount he was giving me! Needless to say, we had our local store replace our liner and when we pulled out the old liner...you guessed it...no holes beneath the patches. When I spoke to Dan and asked for a refund for his fraudulent services I was told, and I quote, "Absolutely not!" Needless to say I do not recommend this company at all.
