BEWARE! This guy calls himself "sam" he will give you the cheapest quote, but he is dishonest. He broke my light fixture during wall paper removal in my guest bathroom and disposed of the broken glass without telling me of the damage. Once i confronted him about breaking it he first lied and claimed he did not do it, then apologized and agreed to replace it, he returned to take a second light fixture to match and replace the broken one. Its been over 3 weeks and he has given me several dates promising to stop by with the 2 light fixtures and he never shows and does not call to give me an update and when i reached out to him each time he gave me another excuse. He still over 3 weeks later has not returned the light fixture he took to match the broken one and now I am at a loss of 2 light fixtures in my bathroom. His paint job was messy he spilled paint on my hard wood floor and used paint remover and a scraping tool to try and remove it and he damaged my floor with scuff marks in several places now. When he showed up to paint the wall around my double doors in my upstairs den he told me he accidentally threw away the can i gave him with the color code to match my paint and he had to use a paint chip to color match claiming he has been painting for 25 years and he completely used the wrong color does not match and he used flat paint and my walls are semi-gloss it looks extremely tacky and now the entire room needs to be repainted to fix what he did. My hard wood floors are damaged and I am at a loss of 2 light fixtures. This man lied to my face about breaking the fixture and then apologized and agreed to replace it and did not hold to his word, he also argued about the floor damage that i did not even ask him correct or even discount over, but he still argued with me that my floor has scratches all over it in other places to somehow justify the damage he did. I wish i had paid a few hundred more for one of the real professional companies to do the job correctly. Now I will have to spend more to replace my 2 light fixtures and he even cut corners tried to not paint above the door leaving the caulking showing if you stood on a chair you can see he left it unpainted, he tried to correct the color match issue and only made it worse. I wish i could post the photos to show you how terrible it really is horrifying.
