I would not recommend this business. I have a rental property that is 4.5 hours away from where I live so I needed a place that I could pre-pay to have a screen replacement of a sliding door. I sent the money certified mail and it was delivered in two days.

After calling MULTIPLE times someone finally answered. I understand that it is a family business and, as such, they are all out working BUT, when someone leaves a message you do NOT wait until the customer calls again and finally answer the phone days later. I am a small-businesswoman and if someone calls me I return the call as soon as possible!

I was told the job would be completed that day but that one of the trucks was broken down so it might be late but the job would for sure be repaired that day. So, I waited.... nothing. At this point I was very irate. I called again, no one answered, and left a message on both phone numbers demanding the screen be replaced over the weekend since my next set of renters would be moving in two days later. Still no word.

Finally today, after waiting 5 days for them to return my calls I called again...

AMAZING! They actually answered. She told me she never had said the job would be done that day -- LIE! If that were the case she would have told me when the screen could be replaced and I would have found a way for it to work with my new renters.

When I asked why no one called me back she stated "Well, the job is done now anyway". ABSOLUTELY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!

I will not use them again nor will I give any positive referral to my friends. I am sorry if this seems harsh but I was very poorly treated!

I have every right to write a review that I feel strongly about. I was hurt, taken for a ride, and pretty sure I had thrown my money out the window. Thank goodness they finally finished the job!
