I am tired of the foolishness this website is being used for. Keep it up and charges will be filed! We know who you are and its sad you have nothing better to do with your time.. Move on.

No apology from me, this is a business I could care less of your or Deans personal life! They are always on time, the vehicles are clean and service is great. I stand by my statement Great company! This is not a therapy session! Thank you...

To whom it may concern, A Touch of Class or Absolute Elegance which ever you want to call it was started by myself and Dean. It would not have been possible with out me,the so called X- Kaye Oneil. I know more about this company and Dean than anyone. I think that 20yrs.gives me an edvantage over you Kathy.I am very aware of how this company is being ran and I can't believe that Dean would throw me into this mix,because of what I know. Kathy, I will except your apology,because you have never met me & you don't know anything about my life. But, maybe you can get Dean to pay his child support & stop with the appeals,3 yrs.is crazy when what he's fighting for was mine before the marriage.I filed for the divorce and left the state with our 2 children. Bitter ! No, not hardly, trying to get away would be the correct answer. I think that would be me moving on.LOL ! ..Thank You Sue .. this site was meant for comments not attacking past wife's. I would like to comment on the negative reviews that have been posted on this site about this company. I have been dealing with Dean and his company for 8 years and was shocked at what I read. After bringing it to his attention, he informed me how these incidents or jobs never even existed also that it clearly is another attempt by a bitter ex to try and ruin his name. I just want to say that never in 8 years have I ever had a bad experience with the cars, the drivers attitude,or them not showing up for a job. As for the ex let's just hope she can move on with here life . Absolute Elegance is a great company!

Was not a good experience ! I would like to thank Dean for not showing up. Went over the details a month before the event and called the week of the B-Party to make sure things were good. They were a No Show & when called to see what was going on, No Answer. I know this company very well, use another !

I would just like to say what a wonderful experience we had with this service. I would first like to thank Dean for answering all my questions and helping me find the most beautiful location for our wedding photos, your knowledge is priceless. The car was so clean and the driver Jeff was such a gentleman, truely what customer service is all about. I will most definitely be using your service again and telling all my friends of a job well done.

This company is ran by and is A Touch of Class Limo. That limo co.was useless and so is this one. It's simple a name change. The man who runs it is the same rude jerk ! Our simple ride to the airport was a joke. The car was nasty,the driver which was the owner was smoking,not dressed proper,and he spent the whole time on the phone cursing & swearing at some client.Stay clear of this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife had ordered a black limo and we got a white one.The car was not stocked with the drinks that we had requested and it smelled bad. We asked for a non-smoking car,but this car had been smoked in a lot,the driver was smoking at pick-up. I had to give the driver directions which started a conversation that led to him saying things about his wife & how he had not paid his child support payments in weeks & had no intention of doing so.To much info.This made my wife & my friends wife angry at me for talking to him. The return trip was really bad. The limo had other people's stuff in it & the driver was rude to my wife,terrible ride home.I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

There is no limousine service at 3724 West 78th Ave.nor do they receive mail for this business. The company does not have the limos that they advertise.The limo was not clean. They were not on time and the driver acted like he was on drugs.The girl who answered the phone didn't know her stuff,she was rude and cursed and then laughed about it, later a gentleman called back to answer question and he was not very profesional.The whole thing was a nightmare.We hired another company for our return trip. I would not reccomend this company to no one.....
