This company has extreme financial troubles and don't have the money to back any jobs. They took $13,500 (half of the remodel job) from us and apparently used that money to pay for other jobs. When it came time for them to deliver on our job, they abandoned the job. Checks they wrote to other vendors bounced and our home was left with no usable kitchen or living area. We had no floors, cabinets, countertops, faucets, etc... We were literally left with an empty room.



We have tried numerous times to get in touch with everyone we know from the company and have been ignored, except for the occasional email stating that the money they owe us should be coming any day now. Although, they have acknowledged they owe us the money, we assume they may never pay us back. Therefore we are going to have to sue.



I would strongly suggest not working with this company, or any other Absolute franchise. This includes Absolute Roofing and Remodeling, Absolute Home Improvements, Absolute Painting and Construction. They are all connected and work together.



We have proof of their admittance of owing us money and are working with lawyers and police to get restitution. I would be happy to discuss this further with anyone. Also, if you have any further questions feel free to visit the Better Business Bureau for additional information about Absolute Roofing and Remodeling. Their membership was revoked after they chose to not resolve over 7 issues.
