So my car broke down on Christmas eve and of course, no one would answer their phone to go out and do their job. Finally I called these guys and Erin said he'd come help me. He was there very fast and did a wonderful job getting me and my car where we needed to go! The best part was, they were doing a free tows for Christmas. It was great! Saved my day! Thanks accurate auto towing!!

These guys towed my 4runner. They smashed my front bumper hard enough to break the plastic bumper cover and damage my impact beam. The damage was not there before and I had no reason to take pictures of my car before I had it towed. I just assumed it would get to the shop in the same shape that it left. Not only were these guys dishonest about the situation, the person who I spoke to (Don) was incredibly rude.

My car slide off the road in the snow a few days ago in the mountains. The driver Erik came and saved the day. He drove all the way from Denver to help and no one else would. Fair price for such a fantastic service. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

Accurate towing is probably the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I was denied access to my car until I paid them $100 for a fee I was never quoted and a service I believe was not even performed at the time of payment. They then charged me double the quoted storage fee. When I protested, the managers answer was "do you have that in writing?" He then said it was policy to double the storage fee after the car had been there 10 days or more. When I said the accident had only occurred 7 days ago. His reply was "I meant to say 3 days". I have never written a negative review about a company before. The level of dishonesty I experienced in my dealings with this company was unbelievable. I would recommend going anywhere else before this business.

My car broke down in the early evening of New Year's eve. Luckily, I was still at work. I did not have a phone book, so I used dex-knows.com on my PC. I started calling towing companies with the 1st one listed, they were not in alphabetically order. All companies advertisied they were open 24 hours an day 7 days a week. The 1st 6 companies I called did not even answer the phone. I did get an answer from the 7th company I called, but he couldn't get to me for at least 3 hours. I kept going down the list, I called Accurate Auto Towing and someone actually answered the phone! He said he was available to come help me and was there within 20 minutes. This guy was a life saver! He was kind, very friendly and most helpful. We got my car towed and arrived at the dealer before 6PM and to my surprise they were still open! I was able to talk with someone drop my car off. Since it was New Year's eve night, I was unable to get in touch with my friends to get a ride home. The guy who to
