Great business to work with. Answered the phone when I called. Came promptly. Took care of my problem. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

Tim came out late afternoon Friday and was in a piss poor mood from the get go. Then he works for 4 hours and comes to my door at 5pm to tell me that it is the worst job he has ever seen and he cant fix it!!! when I asked him what to do he says "I don't know what to tell you, I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.! Good luck friend",, What kind of man leaves a disabled man and wife with no water and no help on a Friday night at 5pm????? You be the judge!!!
P.S. Thank God for D&W plumbing who returned my call on Friday night and gave me the name of someone down the street who can help. I called Loftin plumbing on Sunday after 5pm and they called me right back to tell me they would be here before 8 am tomorrow morning. Amen

Contacted Accurate plumbing on weekend. The owner took the time to explain what job would require and the best way to accomplish the task. Monday morning staff were at my home ready to work. They completed the job in a timely manner and charged what was quoted before starting the job. I am thoroughly satisfied and recommend him to anyone needing a plumbing repair.

Tim and the staff at Accurate Plumbing were great to work with. I had planned on having a different plumber install a new tankless natural gas water heater. But, after having that plumber promise me for 4 months that he would call to schedule me and twice not showing up when he did schedule, I called Tim. He was at my house that day to look over the project and give me an estimate. He scheduled the install for a few days later. He arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would and charged what he said he would. What more can you ask from a service professional? He was also, polite, courteous and professional, cleaned up the site and handled his subcontractors well. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my experience with Accurate Plumbing and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
