So disappointed and appalled by the unprofessionalism of this horrible business. Needless to say I will NEVER go back nor would I recommend to anyone else. Huge fail.

***TERRIBLE*** First off the level of customer service is nonexistent. Which is the same rating of how much they care about customers in general. They advertise "prompt, courteous service. What a joke. I can not understand how anyone can get away with running a so called business this way. Alex in particular is the rudest a$$hole to people that go in expecting an honest business transaction like we all deserve only to be treated as if we have ebola and he is the only man on earth with the antidote! F*#@ this place! I'd rather drive to another state than to give them one cent of my money!!!! DO THE OWNERS KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING??? .............DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

This place is by far the worst to do any sort of dealings with. They are rude, not at all helpful and could care less if they are providing the services they supposedly offer. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I only gave a star because they would not put my review thru with no stars. BE SMART GO ANYWHERE BUT ACE AUTO WRECKING THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY

Absolute worst wrecking yard/auto parts place I have ever dealt with. I called asking for a part and Alex said he would check to see if it was still there and to call him back in 20 minutes. When I called back it was obvious he had done nothing to check stock of the part and started in on some run around story. I asked him if it would be helpful to give him some more time. We agreed, and I called him back in the morning. He said he had the part and we came to the terms on my part. He is quick to charge your credit card, but 3 days later calls me to tell me he didn't even have the part. Please remember this is after my initial inquiry, a 20 minute stock check period, on overnight re-stock check period, and then 3 days down the road. I am a reseller and he has made me look real bad to my customer. Now the fun part of getting my money back begins. For sure a 1-star operation.

Absolutely the worst business I've ever been too. Should be illegal to operate towards the public the way the owner acts and treats people. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. You have been warned so DO NOT go there. Again you have been warned.

Thanks a Million ,Kevin. You had the part when no one else did, at a more than reasonable price. It was worth the drive from Oregon! YOU ROCK!

I called them ahead of time to speak with someone about the process of selling a car and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. They never did answer my questions. Needless to say “Ace auto wreaking” were rude and I had a bad experience dealing with them.

Thank you Kevin. You went above and beyond to help my son. Fair, honest and helpful from beginning to end. We'll be back.
