I would not recommend even talking with this company. First, we got an estimate. I got a call...not written, to begin with. I asked if that included everything; the answer was yes. Well, when it came down to it...he didn't have insurance after saying that he did. I asked for a certificate of insurance which he said he would bring...and then tells me the next day that it had just expired and he wasn't renewing it because the cost was too high for no more work than they were getting.

I ended up telling this man to leave...bottom line. He lied and agreed to things we said and was not professional in any way whatsoever.

We had our basement finished and it turned out beautiful. The work team was professional and stayed close to the original estimate. They also cleaned up the area every night before leaving. This project required rewiring, a new bath with a tile shower, new walls, plumbing and a tile floor. We are very satisfied and will definitley call ACI for our next "project".

Chuck did an outstanding job at my home. He laid floor tiling in bathroom, but did it on a diagonal line which turned out terrific. I'm very pleased with his performance. This is one of several projects I've had him do for me.

We had kitchen and bathroom work done, and the work was superior. Done in a timely matter and

cost was reasonable.

The work ACI did was ewcellent and their price was good.
