The AAA service tech came out did amazing job, he installed a battery and did awsome job explaining it all to me, all i can sai if you need a battery AAA need to send you Mike , he is excellent, and explains everything to you. again thanks to Ackermans for having such a great employee .......

this company is by far the best tow company besides warner robins wrecker service that i ever used before. they have very good looking and new looking trucks, which is a plus for me. i needed a tow and called ackerman, and they got to me in a hurry. made me feel important, ive used them before and they have come thru for me every time. i highly recommend them for their service. all these other companies need to learn a thing or two about customer service from this company. they are very professional and helpful.. will call them in a heartbeat.. keep up the good work, and ive referred many of my friends and family members, and they have been serviced by this company.

this company is by far the worst company to get customer service, they are extremely arrogant and dont mind making money off of me and other customers without a smile. they got plenty of trucks but a lot of there drivers need more training, they only do enough labor skill to finsh the job, they care less about towing alternatives such as dollies to keep my car from damage when its a low profile design and they are using a medium duty truck for pulling box trucks, they need to appreciate their customers when they are getting paid for our needs
