The owner should not own a business bc He has the smartest mouth. He's rude. They never answer the phone. They don't fax invoices to the insurance companies. The owner Mike ties at his convieninece not yours. Their ability to run this business efficient and smooth is not there. Is you need your car towed call someone else. I paid him and everything and he couldn't even sit down to fax an invoice for his customer and then I when I called to ask him to fax it he wanted to be slick with the mouth. He's rude. The owner, Mike, is rude and lazy and is terrible at running his business

the company is not professional and will tear your vehichle all to peices i have personaly sued them in court and won i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
