Robert did an excellent job on the inpection for our home purchase. He was on time, showed care for the seller's property and was very thorough. He took the time to inspect every detail of the home and provided feedback on any future repair needs or upgrades and educated us on some of the home's systems that we were not familiar with. His prices are reasonable and he geuninely cares about being professional.

I highly recommend Action Home Inspection to any and everyone. Robert inspected two homes for me while I was in the process of purchasing. He does not cut corners and he will give it to you straight. On the 2nd home inspection he told me the furnace piping was recalled, which was making the actual furnace overheat and letting too much moisture in the air. He went above and beyond and I now have a brand new high efficiency furnace at the cost of the seller.



He is very friendly and answers all your questions. He will make sure you see every problem and even gives you tips and ideas on the best and most cost efficient to repair. His reports are complete and very professional and his rates are the best around. Worth every penny.
