The worst company I have ever worked with - crooked, unethical and dishonest. I am sure they will be out of business very soon.

I am the owner of a computer repair shop here and I send all of my hard drive failures to ADR. They take great pride in saving data and are the only company I trust for real data loss. The best part is I have a local rep that I can call anytime and he will come get the drive and fix it locally. You can't beat the service and quality.

The best place to take your hard drive if it crashes. So glad I found them. Best Buy wanted to sell me a new machine and Geek Rescue tired to fix it but couldn't. ADR was able to recover everything on my computer and did it for a good price. Much better than buying a new machine!

Don't trust this company. They are located in Montana, but make it seem like they have various locations. Your equipment will be shipped without your consent, and they don't contact you unless you nag them constantly. I had a very bad experience with them, and their "manager" was insulting and rude. They just want your money and don't care about your equipment. The positive reviews here probably aren't real customers! They are shady and most likely have to write their own reviews because they are such a terrible company. Look them up, you will find other negative reviews on other websites. I just wish I would have read them before contacting them. Do your research before leaving your stuff with companies like this.

After accidentally droping my external hard drive that contained all of our family pictures I was devasted. ADR not only helped me feel a little bit better about my situation when I talked to them but they were able to successfull recover my family pictures.

My while out in Dallas, my laptop crashed. I Google searched and called around for a local data recovery company. ADR had a Dallas location and was able to get my hard drive and recover my Outlook contacts and critical documents the same day. Which was great since I was flying to my next consulting project in a couple of days.
