I just wanted to say that ADT Towing is the best! My daughter and I were on my way home from Pittsburgh. My husband assured me the car was fixed and would be fine. Just as I was nearing the toll booth at the PA/OH line, my car started making funny noises. I called my husband and was told to try and make it through the toll booth. Well, needless to say, I made it TO the toll booth. My car died just as I was taking my ticket out of the machine! The attendant helped me get the car pushed through the booth and to the side of the road. My husband immediately called ADT Towing and they were on their way! This was on a Sunday @ 5PM. They were about 1 1/2 hrs. from where I was. We live locally to their location and they were more than willing to drive that distance to help me.



Their driver was friendly, courteous and never once made me feel bad about him having to work on a Sunday. As he was loading my car, a young man walked up to the ADT driver and asked him if he knew anyone who could change a flat tire. He said he had wished he would have paid more attention when his dad had tried to show him before! Well, the ADT driver offered to change his tire for him and didn't charge him a cent!



The truck we rode back in was clean and the driver even offered to stop for us to get something to drink.



My thoughts on this company are they go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied and I will definately call them again.
