After going through a number of service people to help fix our AC units, with no luck, John was thoughtful and helped map out the system to identify the problem. He truly saved the day.

He is always really responsive and I have recommended him to a number of friends. The last time he was at my apartment he event fixed the refrigerator while he was there.

Really sweet and trust worthy guy, who does fantastic work.

these guys are awful. they installed a fridge thermostat on my ac, finally came back after repeated calls that it wasn't working properly and misdiagnosed it again. after more unreturned calls i finally reached them and they figured out that it was the wrong part. we're talking weeks now when the heat in july was brutal and they just ignored me. after another call, "the boss" finally came and supposedly installed an ac thermostat which he said at the time he wouldn't have gotten, but his worker picked up the parts. long story short my ac is still not working properly as the thermostat doesn't permit me to control temp level. it's either too hot or too cold. my bills are through the roof because it's running longer and colder than it should have to, and they have ignored any messages i've left them. so i'll repeat myself,these guys are awful.

I live in Queens and my boiler was out. I called Advanced I was asked several questions and 25 minutes after hanging up the phone, my door bell rang. It was John from Advanced a/c & T.V. fast trouble shooting found the problem. John explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem, he also answered all of my questions. My house was warming up upon his departure.
