Provided by YP.comLost permits, trash left of property, tools left in yard, vast delays in the installation process then not keeping us properly informed about why the delays were happening (lying), Lied to our faces to get us to sign a contract then not putting said promises in contract, no assistance in the net metering application then holding the permits from us for weeks so we cant finalize the net metering application, sending us the wrong permits, denials about lost permits and debris left in yard and roof, holes left in yard from ladders....it goes on and on. Buyer beware. Very unprofessional.

I called to ask some questions about a problem with my solar water heater releif valve, and they helped me find a solution for it. Definitely going to call them when I need any other solar products or service.

This people starting from the receptionist has no manners, they talk to you like they are making you a favor. I wish Jacuzzi had a different service company that they will use. Jacuzzy it's a great brand but don't buy it from this people you'll regret it

Worst company I have ever done business with. Technicians do very sloppy work and don't keep you properly informed at all, even in you request a phone call so you can be present during repairs. If they make a mistake, the owner will try to charge you for those mistakes. Even if they tell you it will be no charge, you will get a bill in the mail. Owner tries to validate his right to get paid for bad work. It sounds ridiculous, but they fabricate stories regarding service calls when you have an issue with what they did. For example, I was told that the service tech came into my pool area to check my pool jets and that they were operating fine, but upon returning home I realized that I had forgotten to open my screen door. I had left a filter leaning against the inside of the door, and it was still leaning there when I returned home. The tech never came in to check it!!! NEVER use this company, and if you do, don't say you weren't warned!

I have used Advance solar to install water heater in my house to save us some cost as advertised by the company. Well the water heater pipes have froze in winter and the unit is demaged but when ask to help or to find out what part was falty to track it down who should be responsible for demage on new solar panel no help was offered only high price estimate to replace it. I have large unit on my roof that does not work and I refuse to give more business to company like Advance Solar

Professional and knowledgable. I had Advance Solar install a solar hot water system and could not believe how well it worked. They even helped me get a rebate of $1000 from FPL. I will not hesitate to refer Advance Solar to my neighbors, friends and family.

Had solar pool panels installed a few years ago. Salesman touted the design as superb. It has leaked every year that we have it. I would not recommend this system to anyone.

We put in a 14 panels pool heating system on Oct 23, 2010. Since then the clamps holding the panels together have come off 6 times. That is a major leak so that every time after two hours half the pool was empty. The service always came the next day to "fix" it, but always with the same result -a clamp came off the next day- Now I just want the system off my roof and going back to FAFCO solar. That was working well during the last 12 years, but it was warn out and I was told that the Advance panels are more efficient. What does it help if their clamps are not holding. I think that the plastic clamps can never hold tight as with the temperatures here in Florida the plastic will dry out and the clamps will keep braking.

I bought my spa from the Ft. Myers dealer in 2005. In June, due to changes in my health situation where I could no longer negotiate getting in and out, I decided to sell it. In June, after I had them put in a new pump, I called the service department in Ft. Myers to ask about having it disconnected. I was told that they could do that for me at no charge. After getting a request to see the spa in late Sept., I called again and asked how much turn around time would be needed for them to come and disconnect. I was told they could do it the next day, and again for no charge. The first week in Oct., the tub sold. I called to set up the disconnect. This time I was told there would be a charge. I insisted that I had been previously told there would not be, and assumed it would be straightened out. After the technician came and disconnected the spa, he asked me for $96. I told him that I had been told no charge and he said he would tell the manager. I gave him $20 for his service. A week
