What a GREAT experience. I called at approximately 1pm and they were here by 4 to fix the washer for my kennel - something we use so much we needed it fixed ASAP. They got here fast, were very polite, and even showed what different repairs cost so I would know exactly what the price would be before they started working. Great experience and I will definitely call them in the future if we need anything else repaired.

The tech knew exactly what he was doing. He found the problem within minutes, and cleaned up after himself very well. Deserve a five star rating!

The owner himself repaired our oven, dryer and replaced a water valve for our washer on 8/17/10. Very pleasant, efficient, thorough and bill was very reasonable. He spent a LOT of extra time cleaning the dryer and vent (it was really, really bad - probably a fire hazard as we'd never cleaned it ourselves) in addition to repairing it. We would definitely not hesitate to use this company the next time we need any appliance repairs.
