I have had Chris and his team out twice to repair the heating element on my dryer and on both occasions the replaced part failed within a week of replacement. When asked about a guarantee on their work and why this kept happening, Chris blamed the manufacturer and insisted that he couldnt send anyone out to fix the issue for the third time. They do not source their parts from a reliable vendor. They are also notorious for showing up unannounced at your home if you do not answer their calls. I do not reccomend them whatsoever.

Excellent service from beginning to end!! Chris answered all my questions. Showed up on time to fix my refrigerator and did a great job on the repair!

I called Advanced Appliance and was gave an estimated time of within 2 hours of 8-10 the tech. came out at 8:15 diagnosed problem, gave an complete breakdown of cost when asked for at a far price to fix and actually oiled,cleaned,and adjusted other parts with service at no extra cost and my Dryers works better than it did in a long time. This is a great company to do business with I would call them back anytime.

I CALLED ADVANCED APPLIANCE TO COME OUT AND SERVICE MY L/G FRONT LOAD WASHER MASHINE. ADVANCED SENT OUT A TECH NAMED CHRIS WHO CAME OUT AND "REPLACED THE MAIN BOARD" AND CHARGED ME $350 AND WHEN HE LEFT I TRIED TO WASH A LOAD OF CLOTHES and THE MACHINE WAS DOING THE SAME THING AS BEFORE, SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SENT OUT CHRIS WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED ANOTHER PART, THAT WOULD COST ME ANOTHER $150. HE SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS UNSURE SO I CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO COME AND THEY TOOK THE UNIT APART AND TOLD ME THAT THE ORIGINAL BOARD HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED. I CALLED ADVANCED BACK AND DEMANDED A REFUND AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDNT REFUND ANY MONEY. TOLD ME TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE
