Great crew . The receptionist was awesome. Austin was very professional and I wouldn't have thought about shopping around. I definitely will use these guys again for auto glass needs.

I have used Advanced 3 times now and have been very happy with the service and prices. Great efficient service.

We called AA Glass to make an appointment to fix the windshield on DC's old truck. It was 3 pm when we made the call, thinking we'd have to schedule for sometime during the week. They said come on over by 4 pm and we can do it today. We got there a bit after 4, took a walk over to the shopping center to kill the time while they were replacing the windshield. They had it done in an hour as promised. Price was very reasonable and they did a great job! We were very pleased with the whole experience. They do have a seating area both inside the building and outside as well if you want to wait there while they work on your vehicle. A very efficient operation. We would recommend Advanced Auto Glass and will go again if the need arises.

These people helped me out get back on the road to my job though tier were so many people coming and going they made sure to get my car done and gave me a deal the staff is very professional and kind. Kris helps with my window specifically and he was truely awesome and informative. Blessed

WOW!!! This place is amazing. Rock hit my windshield yesterday. Called today and AAG told me to bring my car in today and it would only take 15 minutes. Jen in the reception area took care of the insurance phone call and was a pleasure to work with. My car was finished in 10 minutes and off I went..... thank you for incredible service! Highly recommend!

Over all it was fast and they did a pretty good job

I went into the office today to make an appointment and they took my truck in right them and there. Gave them my claim # and info , fixed my windshield and I was on my way. Excellent costumer service, friendly employees. Highly recommend them to all. Thank you guys for everything! !!!!

I had my windshield replaced but the next day it had a small crack. Austin was really cool and just asked to drive by so he could check it out. I had a new one within 2 days. He really does back up his work. I had the same experience 10 years ago in SF and it was a nightmare. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge when they refused to replace it. Dealing with Advanced Auto Glass was a refreshing experience.

They'll even call you when your car is done, in case you go out for a walk.

I was very happy with the service and would definitely bring my auto glass jobs to them again.

The owner, Austin, was very helpful in keeping with my very small budget; particularly difficult considering Saturn went defunct a few years back, which made finding a replacement windshield really hard. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent service and communication. Saved me $500+ by finding me an after market windshield and looks brand new. Austin is the man, can truly tell he loves doing what he does and cares about his customers.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service from anywhere before! My truck windshield cracked over the weekend and they got me in first thing Monday morning and not only did they work around my schedule but they even went above and beyond and picked up and dropped my truck off back at my work. He was able to order the glass (which was limited availability) handle my insurance information and install in 1 day! He's completely customer service oriented, and kind. As I sat in the front office area, I briefly listened to his interactions with customers, and was very impressed. He was very flexible with my crazy schedule, and the glass was installed perfectly-- can't even tell there was ever a break in. He and his crew exceeded my expectations. His front staff member, Jen, was personable and very sweet too. Great business.

Austin and his team give speedy and excellent customer service! He was patient, helpful and thorough getting the information on the phone to have the
repair happen the very next day! Our Chevy Volt now has the premium windshield glass and our teen drivers will be back on the road again. They even put our club/gym's sticker back on the new windshield. They go the extra mile.
I'll be back soon for our SUV's cracked windshield. Highly recommend!

Between them and my insurance company, I was on the phone for maybe 10 min's, had an appt for the very next morning and was back in the road with a new windshield within 2 hours. Fast, efficient and affordable (the owner even answered the phone on the 4th of July!)
