I had to call late at night for our A/C going out and the phone was answered by a service tech (who turned out to be the owner), not a temp or field office, which I appreciated VERY much. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got right down to business diagnosing the problem. It was nice to have such a courteous and knowledgeable person work on our unit, and even better, the charge for his services was very fair. I don't feel like we were overcharged or given the runaround at all. I would definitely recommend these folks for their quality of service.

Provided by YP.comI called Advanced Building Diagnostics because of an A/C unit that was not cooling. He came within an hour, diagnosed the issue and after getting our approval, installed the necessary equipment. The problem was corrected and I am comfortable with the repair service provided. The technician was professional, courteous and knew his business. I would be happy to recommend him to others.
