This place is an absolute joke!!! The owners are rude and unprofessional. There is a pack of large dogs roaming free with NO leashes at th store. They have no problem taking a deposit for a job but the job never gets finished. They dodge you when you try to call and follow up on the status of your request. Do yourself a favor.. Don't give these crooks a dime of your money!!! ZERO STARS!!!

Advantage Pools has never had any affiliation to Pittstown Pools. Advantage Pools is the original name and has been in business for over 25 years. Advantage Pools does happen to have a Pittstown mailing address.

This place is the worst. I made an appointment to open my pool and the people did not call to say they were late and I waited an hour to call the office. I spoke to a woman on the phone who was extremely rude and disrespectful and began to chastise me. I cancelled my appointment and will never ever use this place again!

After battling cloudy water and algae last summer I finally found Pittstown pools. A real Mom & Pop family owned business. They were so kind and friendly right from the start. I bring my water in every two weeks and have gotten great advice about how to maintain clear, Algea free water without spending hundreds of dollars. They are always willing to take the time to teach me all the tricks I wish I'd known in prior years. They really teach you how to maintain your own pool. The big boys never remember you. The minute I walk into Pittstown pools they know me, and more importantly, they know my pool!!!! Thanks Pittstown Pools for a perfect summer of swimming with my children!!!!!

This is the worst place ever! I ordered a pool liner from them. She was more then happy to take my money. In fact, she called me back to verify my info. That's about the ONLY time she ever called me back. Funny huh? I was promised my pool liner and installation before Memorial Day. She said absolutely no problem. Well, the week before I called her and she made it sound like I was crazy. So I said fine. When can you do it. Long story short, I called her roughly 20 times and left messages and got no returned phone call. Finally when I did get her she gave me a number of an installer. I called him also and again nothing. My husband drove to her store to get the liner and it wasn't even there!!!!! She said it would be there by tomorrow. UGH! The next day my husband went and picked it up. They were so unprofessional and plain out rude! Somebody like this woman should NOT be around people. She is terrible. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER use this place. I promise you, you will regret it if you do.

Pittstown Pools is terrible. They came to estimate the cost of opening our pool and said they would come back to open In the afternoon. Never came back. The next day they came back to open the pool and left without finishing the job. they left a mess everywhere- chlorine all over our patio, garbage on the patio, stained our plaster with piles of stagnant chemicals, left a box on too of our heater (luckily they didn t bother to turn it on, or we may have had a fire). They also closed the filter improperly leaving water gushing everywhere. they left without telling us the hose was on in the pool, never vacuumed it, and rolled up our cover without cleaning it off leaving it to rot over the summer. they used our old chemicals instead of their own and we will not ever recommend not use them again. Worst service I ve ever experienced.

Worst place to go to, they have dogs everywhere! They also breed a pair of dogs selling the pups like every 4months!!!! These dogs just roam around the area on NO leashes, pooping everywhere!!! I'd hate to be the business next to this place, you should see the all the junk and in the back of the business. They are always opening about one hour late on weekends.......must be those hangovers.

these people are worse than the worst and should not be in business. They have the nerve to blame you to deflect that they don't do there job. They will never call you back unless you hound them! Forget schedules they show up when they feel like it and when you you call to question them they make excuses. The fact that they have to give themselves the only possitive review, right Virginia? Good luck getting your money back from them for inferior work. If I could afford it I would take out full page ads tell everyone not to patronize Pittstown Pools they are the PITTS!
