This company SAID they had a part and when I got their they didn't have anything close. While I was there someone else came in and had a similar problem. The person handling the phone has NO idea what they have and is unwilling to check or ask until you are standing in the office. Then it's "Sorry, don't have anything for you" I drove an hour to get the part I was ASSURED they had, and then after waiting for about half an hour for a yard person to meet me at the office, I was told that they didn't have what I had SPECIFICALLY asked for, with all the required details.
