The serviceman was timely, friendly, knowledgable, and not in a big hurry to get out. For $150, he checked the house, sprayed for bugs, confirmed we had a mouse or mice, set some traps, and showed me around the house for possible points of entry. The price includes a second visit later in the year. All around it was a good experience for a good price.

When we moved into our house we initially did not utilise a pest control service, but not long afterwards the ants started to appear and we got the message. Since then, we have used Aerex -- now in our 22nd straight year. With two exceptions (involving separate mite and fly infestations in different years), we've never again encountered a problem (Aerex took care of the former situation, and the flies disappeared on their own). And during that time, we've had the same technician -- John Jones, who has been remarkably on-time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since we began with Aerex, the company has increased its price by 50%, a bit much but given the value we have decided to renew year-after-year.

The company does what it promises. They have controled insects & mice in my house in Glenview.

Aerex has been serviceing my house for years.
