Joseph Miles is an excellent technician with Aero Energy. He is polite, considerate, efficient and knowledgeable. Joseph answers my questions even when I’m not sure how to ask some things regarding my system.

I always receive knowledgeable, reliable service from the Aero technicians, and today was no exception. My new HVAC system was installed in February. Today Tucker thoroughly checked the AC and patiently answered a few remaining questions about my new system.

Georgia performed her duties and responsibilities with sincere kindness, thoughtfulness, concern and integrity for my issues regarding my Aero Energy account. It was certainly a pleasure working with her as my Customer Service Representative. She is an asset to the Aero Energy Corporation.

The service technician who came to our house did an amazing job resolving our plumbing issues.
He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated well with me about everything that needed to be done. His workmanship was outstanding. I will absolutely refer Aero to anyone is looking for a great plumbing contractor.

Absolutely worse company I have ever had to deal with! I used this company for 18 mths for propane and it took a extra 7 mths to get them to STOP charging me and delivering propane! We signed up for a budget plan for 1200 gallons at $135 a mth payment, They delivered with-out our approval nearly 2400 gallons before we could get them to stop! Finally after getting them to stop they claimed we now owe them $3,000 in delivered propane on top of the 2 years of budget payments! When we asked they PLEASE STOP bringing propane and pick-up what they had delivered WITH-OUT the home owners permission, Tammy (Areo Energy) Wanted $80 to pick up their own tanks! The real slap in the face came when they only wanted to pay us back $0.60 per gallon for their propane we ASKED NOT to be delivered in the first place and they charged us $2.49 for!!! So I went to their office, this must be some kind of mistake right? Absolutely NOT!
