Aesthetic Tile Works was hired for a bathroom tile project that was estimated at 3 weeks. The project took more than 3 months and isn't really finished since some of the work needs to be redone. The granite countertops do not have the hole drilled for the faucets. One of the countertops still needs a finish polish. 2 of the walls tiles are loose and one has a crack all the way through the center. The grout needs to be redone since 2 tile spacers were grouted in and in many places the mortar (white) was not cleaned out between the tiles before grouting leaving the mortar showing instead of the grout.



The current problem is that I can't get them to come back and finish the work, correct the problems.
