Came out the day I called, diagnosed the problem, it took a couple of days to get the parts and come back out and get stove fixed. That was OK, but they charged me for both a service call AND labor. Most companies waive the service call fee if you let them do the repair. Felt the price was not so "affordable", Will probably try someone else next time.

Core appliance did a great job repairing my Samsung dryer. He has excellent customer service and is very prompt. Same day service, works late hours and over the weekends. I would definitely use them again. Prices are very reasonable. C. Downs

Absolutely fantastic.
We had two issues. Oven wouldn't turn on. A dryer wouldn't start.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the thermal fuse. The dryer he found a bad circuit breaker.
The cost was much less than expected. Afterwards he took time to give us care tips on all of our appliances.
Highly recommended.

Got a callback within 10 minutes and he came exactly when he said he would, not something I'm used to. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and time he would return to fix it within 10 days. Absolutely professional! I would recommend him to anyone.

This man was in my home for less than a minute and already had my oven pulled out, taken apart, and knew what was wrong with it. He fixed it in a jiff with no problems! He was super fast, friendly, and very very knowledgable! He also helped me fix my dishwasher (it was something silly and simple) without charging me! He then told me all kinds of great tips to take care of my other appliances to save me money!



I would recommend him to anybody. He was a nice man and a hard worker!



And yes, he was affordable.
