HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY!



They were two hours late...only took cash & broke several major items of mine. The movers were high off of marijuana too. When confronted the owner "MOE" about the damages, I later found out that this company WAS NOT bonded & didn't even carry a license as a certified moving company. I insisted on a refund in place of the damages, but no such success. If you want all of your belonging to be broken & your move to be stressful & delayed, I would recommend this company!

If you want your belongings to be broken & your move to be stressful & delayed, I would recommend this company!

I had this company move me in June 2008. This company was absolutely awful!!! The were 2 hrs late on their arrival time. Prior to recieving an estimate, I told the owener, Moe of all the items I had to be moved. I was told they offered a "flat rate" which sounded wonderful at the time. When they arrived the moving truck was very old & too small for my move. They had to make 3 trips to move my whole house. The total time of this move totalled up to 7 hours!!



The owner, Moe came with the movers to collect the fee for the move. He then told me that he only accepted cash & required the whole balance before they would place anything on the truck. I was left in a position whereas I had to move on that particular day & could not get another moving company to move me. I had to leave to run an errand & when I came back, my home smelled like marijuana; the movers had stopped their job to get high!!



As the movers made their last trip from my previous location, I noticed that they had infact left several pieces of furniture, which made it a total of 3 trips. They broke several items of mine & damaged my front hallway! The movers also did not place my items in the rooms that I wanted, they just left them in the living room..I had to keep asking them to please place the boxes where I requested them to go. I made a complaint to the owner & he told me that he was not going to give me any of my money back & was very rude! I am very displeased with the service frmo this company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

This company moved me this past weekend and they did such a good job. The guys got me out of my apartment quickly and into my new apartment in no time, they did such a good job I had to tip them for their services. Thank you Affordable Movers for making my move as painless as possible.

This company has moved several pieces for me in the past and they've done exceptional work. I encourage anyone who needs moving services to check these guys out. They gave me a very good deal compared to others I called who charged by the hour, very good work and I'll use them again
