We moved into this house last year and knew it needed work, our plan was to fix what was urgent, then do the upgrades. Needless to say, within a month the water heater was shot - the first plumber we had in here said it was only a matter of time. He left us a quote and said that he couldn't start for two days because some parts were on back order. A neighbor told us to call Affordable, and the lady quoted us about $1,000 less than the other guys. They came that day, and problem resolved. We have had them back for the upgrades, all times very happy that the job was done right every time. Thank you for being so Affordable and nice!

Called Affordable because my toilet and tub would back up after a few loads of laundry. The first plumber tracked dirt all over my house and didn't bother to clean it up! Had to call them back the next day and another plumber came out,,he snaked the line again and acted like I caused the problem the first time and charged me AGAIN! third time...yes, third time...they came back out, tracked dirt all over my house again and spent an hour trying to snake the line and yes I had to pay for it AGAIN! They told me I needed to have a leak locator come out to find the leak..Would have been nice to know that the first or even the second time that I called them... After over $600 .. the problem came back again that night so I called decided to cut my losses and call another company that I seen on this site, they came out and found the problem..fixed it right away. They we're professional, polite and cleaned up the mess they made without me asking them too. STAY AWAY FROM AFFORDABLE!
