We ordered a limo for our wedding. The price was a bit high but the limo came stocked with alcohol, water and soda for free so we decided it would be worth it. The limo was on time and the driver was very friendly. However, when we went to get something to drink there was nothing there but a warm beer and melted ice. The champagne glasses even had lipstick marks on them! My husband told the driver and he assured us it would be taken care of. The next day I received a text stating we would be refunded 100 dollars mailed to our address. We got back from our honeymoon and still no check. My husband called and the owner said there is nothing he can do because we waited too long to call. We are never using this service again and encourage anyone not to use them!
