Doug, the owner for After Hours Plumbing, came out to our home because we have been smelling sewer gas coming up from only one bathroom upstairs. He literally went upstairs, sniffed, and said "I dont smell anything. Its probably coming from outside. Just plug the drains, you will be fine." The very next day, we smelled it again and called him to come back. He came back and literally sniffed upstairs and said, "If I cant smell it, I cant do anything! Sorry!" This is NOT TRUE. Roto Rooter came out and determined the problem WITHOUT having to smell the sewage gas. In fact, Roto Rooter told me that it was bogus to have to actually smell the gas in order to fix it. Sewer gas is sewer gas! Roto Rooter fixed our problem by resealing the toilet, which was loose from the floor. Doug is lazy and his business is really bogus. He did not do anything to try and determine what the problem was. He didnt check the toilets, drains, or even underneath the sinks. Roto Rooter did everything to try and determine the problem. There is a bad feedback on BBB website for After Hours Plumbing and I can see why! He doesnt even seem like a "real" plumber.
