My experience with Aftermath Services was really excellent. They are the most reasonable of all companies from which we got quotes. The crew was right on time, they were very professional, they were sensitive that I had been threw a bad experience with our tenant (who tragically took his own life in our townhouse), they were very thorough and they were as discreet as anyone can be under the circumstances with nosy neighbors clamoring around. A business is only as good as its employees, and this company has hired the best of the best.

Aftermath helped with cleanup after the traumatic passing of my brother-in-law. They were very professional and punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would every day. They explained how things worked ahead of time and kept me updated throughout the process. In addition they were flexible with our needs and desires and worked diligently while onsite.

Aftermath came in to clean up after the death of my Father. When the incident occurred we had no idea who to contact and the funeral director gave us Aftermath’s card. We call and their team showed up within hours. The supervisor we dealt with was kind, courteous and absolutely professional. The entire team was very sensitive the our family’s needs and made what was already a difficult time much easier for us. The job they did was thorough and complete and we were very happy with the results of their efforts.

Disclosure: I work for Aftermath Services, so you can discount me if you like. However, hear me out...one of the reasons I came to work for Aftermath is that they represent a much higher standard of care than your average crime scene cleaning company. They are premium priced, which I think throws off a lot of people, but if you're really concerned with having ALL of the bio and risk removed from your home, it's the best company in the industry. I have personally read the hundreds of heartfelt testimonials from customers who were in a very traumatic state and felt they got the absolute best care from Aftermath (we receive letters and emails daily). The employees are compassionate, thorough, and professional. They follow all of the laws, environmental guidelines and safety regulations that are inherent in biohazard remediation and removal. If that's important to you, you'll find Aftermath to be very much in line with expectations.
