This guy is a lier and cheat. We used him for repair and maintenance of our boat and the work was not done properly and had to be completely redone by a professional marine service. He lied about work being done when in fact it had not. The bottom paint he did was never done properly and started flaking off immediately.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

After having our inboard engine replaced by another mechanic and over a year of issues with the vessel, we reached out to Jerry at Ahoy to evaluate the situation and offer us his recommendations. We interviewed several other companies, but in the end decided to go with Jerry because he wasn't trying to put a bandaid on the bullet hole.

We aren't disappointed in our choice. He gave us a written estimate, repaired the issue and had our boat back in the water ahead of schedule. His pricing was more than fair, we received the boat back in beautiful condition, he even sent it out for cleaning, and he found and repaired several other small issues we didn't even know existed.
