Air Care Solutions are a great company to take HVAC service from. They are providing service in my home since last three years and in my office since last two years. Whenever I need them they came to provide the service to me.

I took commercial HVAC service from Air Care Solutions. Air Care Solutions provide 24*7 HVAC servicing. They are honest and are the perfectionist. They get the job done on time. I would highly recommend their service to all they needed the HVAC servicing.

I am satisfied with the service provided by Air Care Solutions. Their team was just superb. Their service man was on time. All of them were completely professional. They didn’t take a bit rest before the work was done.

The business model seems to be "Bait and Switch" They advertise coupons to clean and replace filters for $29. The tech arrived late at 9 pm and managed to "upsell" a whole cleaning package for $200. The aircon unit was leaking water, so he figured out a solution for it and billed $150. Well, whatever he did shut off the aircon completely. In swelting heat, we called him at 10pm. He walked us through a process of bypassing the unit temporarily and turning on the aircon and promised to come at 8am to fix it. Well, we kept calling all day, even spoke to a supervisor-Jeanette who promised he would come. He showed up at 9pm again, wanted $150 to "fix" the problem he had created the previous day! Desperate to get the unit working, we paid it . He had to "phone a friend" to get information on how to fix it and the friend walked him through it!

I called the next day and the supervisor Jeanette promised to look into it and refund the extra $150 he took to fix his own creation. Now she seems to be avoiding my calls and I have not recieved a reply at all. I also have to call another company to come and fix the problem these people created!!!

I would not recommend this company if they were the last business on earth- so save yourself a lot of headache and pick any other company in the phone book. Anything is better than this one:) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Minus 0 Star rating

Do not use this company! Customer services are horrible. Originally the tech came on time and cleaned and serviced our AC unit as well as placed a UV light filter. We where happy with the tech and his assistant at the time of the first service. Later we noticed that cold air was leaking out around the UV light filter. We call to schedule a time for the tech to reseal the UV light filter. They where a no show and no call on the day the apt were scheduled. We called and scheduled again for them to come out. Again no show and when we called to see what was going on we where informed that no service could be preformed due to a problem with our account but the person who could help us was not there. I called back the next day 3 times trying to get in touch with the right person and final was helped by some one else. They clamed that we had not paid but during the course of the conversation found all of our paperwork showing we had paid. Another apt was scheduled. Again no show. I called the next day again and was informed that they had rescheduled the apt with out consulting us. At that time I requested the payment for our service agreement to be returned and was told no refunds. When I asked to speak to the owner I was informed that they do not speak with costumers. They only thing they could do was rescheduling our apt. I do not trust them and would never recommend them to anyone. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.

I love the service that was given by this company. they are true pro's. Use this company they will do right by you.

I had a great experience with this company, they were able to come out and diagnos the probem within minutes and 30 minutes later my ac was back running. Thanks.

Their website www.ac-duct.com says 100% customer satisfaction guarentee. FALSE. I was charged for a service I didnt receive and their response was
