My hearter/AC is over 20 years old, and the first time I called them out I had them fix my AC thermostat. Now the starter in my furnace went out, so I rehired them again beause:
*They come out same day.
*They gave me an hour time window which they arrived on time.
*They were very nice and pleasant.
*They didn't make a mess (in fact they cleaned up my units).
*Their quality of service is very consistant.
*They wrote down everything on the Service Order Invoice, including what was wrong, what item they needed to purchase, their labor rate, and description of thes ervices performed.
*They let me watch them repair it (I'm both jaded and curious)

They also had a coupon on Valley Yellow Pages myyp.com which made their service very inexpensive. I like good quality service for the best price, so I not only recommend them to family and friends but I also rehire them and used the same coupon twice!
