My AC stopped working last summer - the fan ran, but no cooling. I made an appointment with John about 3 weeks in advance, and he came out at the appointed time and day with an apprentice. He took off a side panel and immediately identified a blown capacitor. He explained to both me and his apprentice what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. It took about a half-hour.



He was very appropriate, friendly, and professional. I will call him again if other issues develop.

We had John, the owner of Air Performance Heating & Cooling, replace our 30 year old furnace and air conditioning unit last year. We are very pleased with the results.

He was very professional and did the work in a timely manner. He even told us that the furnace that we replaced was the wrong size and that it probably wasn't performing efficiently for the last 30 years!



We have used both the furnace and air-conditioner extensively the past year and they are both working very well and I'm sure it has save used money.
