I've been so happy with this company that I've written them a few reviews in other places on the Internet.

Our furnace stopped working in what seemed to be the coldest day so far. I know, living in LA - could be worse, but it was pretty cold for our kids. I called A.Q.B. Air the next day and he was out pretty quickly.

They gave us an awesome price and to be honest, i would have paid them a lot more for the work he did. really, the furnace worked better than it did before it broke down. We could never get heat to our third bedroom, but after he got it working again, sure enough, hot air is now blowing all the way to the back of the house. I don't know what he did, but A.Q.B. Air has made our lives a whole lot more comfortable.

I would hire these guys again, no questions and refer them out to anyone who needs HVAC work.

Been using NRG for some time now, some minor jobs and a major job. These old homes in Los Angeles need some tender loving care now and again….. They are always flexible about setting up appointments. I find the staff to be extremely friendly and they know what they are doing. (I can't say that for all the heating companies in Los Angeles) They always give you a price up front before starting any work. I find their cost is reasonable and they always go out of their way to clean up after doing the job. Would highly recommend them to anyone in Los Angeles or the Bay area for small or large work. They get the job done. I will continue to use NRG Heating and Air Conditioning for years to come.

NRG Air Conditioning and Heating was the second a/c service company that inspected our system in two weeks. The first advised that our Freon levels were fine and that there was something wrong inside the air handler but was unable to figure out what. NRG to the rescue. I called NRG on a mid-morning Friday and they were out early afternoon. They determined that the previous serviceman was incorrect; the system was low on Freon. They charged the system, cleaned off the condenser coils, inspected the air-handler, blew out a clogged drain line and even threw in some free insulation for a freon line that was exposed. They were also very personable and took the time to explain what they were doing and what I needed to do to ensure the longest life out of my system. NRG is my go-to HVAC company from now on.

We hired NRG Air to replace a 30+ year old heating system and air conditioner in our home. We hired them because of their professionalism and pricing, and the overall personal attention we received in the bidding process. We were not disappointed. Dmitriy's years of experience were critical to getting our new Trane system with Clean Effects properly installed in the available space in our 1930's house (we had another contractor take one look at the space and decide not to bid!), and we are very pleased with their work. We are also very happy with the system Dmitriy recommended, and we and thank him for his expertise in helping us decide the correct products for our home. We will be using NRG for the maintenance on the system and highly recommend them to other consumers. Thanks NRG!

NRG Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc installed a Lennox Central Heating & Air Conditioning System System for $9000.00 in my home. The Lennox High Efficiency Furnace has Major Condensation Issues. Based on my experience with NRG Heating & Air Conditioning "CONSUMERS BEWARE" The Lennox Furnace is a Lemon, combined with a Flawed Installation has caused the furnace to rust, both inside and out. Condensation issues resulted in water damages to my home. The plastic vent pipe for the furnace has become unglued due to the fact that the glue used was not heat resistant and not intended for that application, no primer was used, causing water to drip damaging the ceiling etc. A drain pan should have been installed under the furnace, but NRG decided to cut corners on the install. According to the Lennox Installation Manual a drip pan should have been installed which would have prevented the water damage. Repairs were made on February 2012 by NRG for the issues outlined, 9 months later condensation issues began again, more water leaks and more damages. I have spent $900.00 on repairs due to water damages. Now NRG wants to charge me $450.00 to make repairs which are the result of their incompetence. "CONSUMERS BEWARE"

My burner flames were lighting and turning off right away. On top of that my house reeked of gas. I was scared for the safety of my children and wanted a professional to check it out right away. I was searching for a repair company on this search engine and came across A.Q.B. Air company which had tons of positive reviews so figured why not give them a call. Sure enough I got positive services from them too. After I made the call the came over in no time. Figured out where the gas leak was coming from fixed it and got my burner to work properly again. The technician did his job fast and professionally, while respecting me and my home.

I spoke with 6 or 7 different companies about getting a forced air heating system in my flat - some were way too pricey, some were yahoos, some were kind of cocky and tried to get me to do stuff I didn't really want to do. This company is very respectful, professional, and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I'm kind of a rookie with all this house-fixing-up stuff. They told me exactly that they were going to do, gave me the best price, and did a fantastic job. Three A.Q.B. Air trucks descended upon my house and knocked the job out in a day and a half. I am very happy with them and highly recommend them.

After reading some reviews, I decided to give this company a try and scheduled them out to fix our AC unit problem. It appears that a lot of small companies don't like to repair water cooled systems. We live in a condo in west LA and we have a water cooled system. I called several companies and they wouldn't come out to fix my problem because they told me they don't do chiller system. Our building has a chiller on the roof and every other year we have a problem, and every company comes and charges Freon waiting for another year to come and charge again. This tech was the only one to say repair the leak and never charge the system. I was under the impression that charging the system was part of a yearly maintenance, but I guess all the other companies just wanted another service call the next year. I was glad they finally fix my problem they found a very small leak and my luck they were able to repair it. He explained that there are many times this leak is not accessible, which is probably why the other companies did not want to try. So finally I got the solution to my yearly expensive problem. I'm so amazed that this problem is gone, and I'm glad I took the time to read some reviews from other members. They were right on the money. This company is great and I give them 2 thumbs up.

Recently had a brand new system installed in my home and let me tell you, this company does not cut any corners! Carpets on the floors, friendly workers and excellent prices. The men were very professional and helpful in teaching me how to start my system and how to use the thermostat, explained the air filter and when and how to change it. The type of service that AQB Air provides is something that you would expect a large bill at the completion but that's not the case. From the first estimate I knew I would choose them , their salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough and made me comfortable choosing their company. I highly recommend trying AQB Air if you are going with a new Heating or Air conditioning system, I'm glad I did!

Amazing Plumbers!!! I had an emergency water heater problem at my house and I called Air Quality And Beyond Inc. They came out promptly and when they looked at my problem I was given one price to fix it. They were there a little longer than they thought but didn't quit until it was fixed. I also had them look at my sink and toilet sewer and they didn't try to up sell me on that. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good plumber. They were clean and on They were tentative to our needs and did not try to up-sell ustime. I think they are very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

We are buying a house and hired Air Quality And Beyond Inc to inspect the anemic a/c unit installed in our prospective home. After a thorough inspection,they suggested a number of options for increasing the efficiency of the installed unit and even persuaded us to NOT consider adding a second unit but to add air returns in the bedrooms at a considerable cost savings. These guys rock.

Air Quality And Beyond Inc. is the best. We bought an old house and needed a new boiler/hot water system. They came out, explained all the options and gave us a decent quote. They then killed themselves putting in a great, efficient system in two days. Fast, clean, and really good at communicating - there when they said they'd be, everything works perfectly, and they filled out all the paperwork for some rebates. Great guys, great work.

On time, clean, and best of all they fixed my stopped up tub. I was really impressed with how professional they were and how clean they left my apartment after the job was done. A little pricey, but would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I've been using Air Quality&Beyond Inc for over ten years to service the heating and air conditioning needs both at my home and at an apartment building I own. They've done everything for me from install brand new systems to simple maintenance in my home. Their technicians and installation people are first rate and friendly and I've always felt that their rates have been fair and reasonable. I've had bad experiences with HVAC people at other companies and would definitely recommend Air Quality&Beyond Inc.

I interviewed five different companies to fix the compressor on the rooftop. I was lucky to have a friend who does AC on the East Coast, and he told me how to discern whether or not I was being shaken down .



This was the only company that passed the test and didn't try to scare me into doing a Lexus upgrade on a Honda Accord condo. Every one of the staff was a delight to work with and I look forward to recommending them to all of my neighbors.

I used this company for my air conditioning repair and their service was great! They came and repaired my broken air conditioning system once and I've never had a problem since. I watched them work and I have to say, they do a very professional job.
