BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!



I have had the extreme displeasure of having to deal with this joke-of-a-company several times through Fidelity Warranty company. On several occasions, they scheduled an appointment to come by and not only did they NOT show up, but they also didn't even have the common courtesy to call. On the latest occasion, Greg called an hour AFTER they were scheduled to arrive to let me know he wasn't coming and then he got upset because I asked him why he couldn't have called me sooner to let me know he was flaking, yet again. He immediately started yelling at me and used extremely vulgar language. Before i had a chance to talk, he hung up on me and would not answer my phone calls. This is the most unprofessional person and company I have EVER dealt with and I have filed complaints with Fidelity, the Better Business Bureau and the Police (for the verbal abuse). I strongly urge you not to use this company! They are a horrible company and Greg is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with!! Save yourself time and money and go with a larger respectable company... you'll be glad you did!!!
