Loved the service! they did wonderful work and didn't need to play any guessing games when it came to fixing my central air unit. they came the same day I called and fixed it right away. When I wanted to pay when they were done, they simply explained they didn't know the price of the parts, which is understandable since they do service work and are a small business. I would defiantly use them again!

The service was great but their method of billing was not. When the service was completed I pulled out my check book to pay but they insisted that a bill would be sent to me. When I received the bill in the mail the "Due Date" had already passed. My thinking was, "why couldn't I have just handed them the check instead of driving down to the business and then hand them a check?"... what is this? Service on credit? Just let me pay! - So, again the service was great but the billing was annoying. If they won't just take the check then they need a online form of billing, such as paypal or a million other easy merchant service options.
