DONT use this company

AHS sent them to repair our washer and dish washer and we had really bad experience with them.



1. Wrong diagonse. They came without any tool they would need and didn't even open the machine to diagnose the problem. Our washer didn't spin, and we were told the transmission failed and it would cost around $300+ to fix, which we later found out the problem was with the belt. The soap dispenser of our dishwasher can't be open and they said the spring of the soap dispenser needed to be replaced, but later a technician from another company showed us the problem was with the clip on the front panel.

2. No shows. After a week of their estimate, we were told they got the parts and can do the repair now. We were asked to wait and they would come in 4 hours. I did 5 times(twice in the afternoon, twice in the morning and once on Saturday), but they never showed up. We were given different excuses: wrong scheduled time, didn't receive parts (which is conflict with what they said), wrong parts ordered (we stated very clearly in the service request and they did the estimate). After more than a month and waited the 6th time, we were told they are not working with AHS any more, but refused to return the service fee we paid ahead.

3. Hard communication. During the time waiting for the service, we made at least 50 calls to them. Either got the message box, or nobody answered. When finally got answered, we were told again and again to wait.

4. They don't even want to give you anything in written. No receipt, no written estimate.



So, after more than a month, none of my machines was fixed. And we couldn't get our money back.



We will NEVER use this company any more.

Worst service

2 technicians from this company came to our house for a repair of our washing machine and dish washer. They looked at the machine, tried to run it for a minute, then concluded the transmission was failed and the cost would be $300. I had a technician from another company to check the machine as well. And it was diagnosed with broken belt and was fixed in 10 minutes. How can they diagnose a problem without even open the machine? For the dish washer, they took money and never showed up to fix. :(



BTW, it's such a pain to communicate with them. My call was cut while they put me on hold. When I called back, I was told they were busy and almost got cut again, if I didn't tell them I just wanted to leave a number for them to call back. They promised to call back in 10 minutes, and I waited 20 minutes and had to call them again. The call to their technician goes to the message box and never returned...



I have spent $60 and 3 days, and no repair has bee done so far. How effecient they are!!



Save your money and time, and stay away from this company.
