On May 7,2009, I made arrangements with this company to pick up my girlfriend and I for an early flight to Seattle Washington. Provided a name, address, apartment # and phone # with instructions to call upon arrival so I could buzz the driver through the gate. At 0430 May 8th, the driver did not arrive. Calls to the company were transferred to someones voice mail. At 0445, decided to drive my own vehicle to the airport which cost over 100.00 to park. Had your dispatcher told me that you would have not been able to pick us up the following morning, I would have made other arrangements other than leaving my vehicle at the airport 10 days.
