The individual came to tow my vehicle. I explained to him that the passenger side lower control arm and ball joint were loose/coming apart (hanging by a thread) and that he would have to have a flatbed to pick up the vehicle. When he got here he had a wheel lift tow truck. He was adamant that he was a professional and knew what he was doing. He ended up dropping my vehicle causing more damage and when asked for the company insurance information he became aggressive and cursing and drove away. Later I tried to contact the company to get the information and the same guy answered and started cursing me out saying his insurance isn't going to do anything and hung up on me. I tried to contact the BBB and was told that this business is not registered there and that when they search the phone number it comes up as Roberts Tow Service.

THIS COMPANY ILLEGALLY TOWED OUR VEHICLE THE JIMMIED IT OPEN WENT THRU IT...STOLE MEDICINE...AND OTHER ITEMS...THEN CHARGED US MONEY TO GET OUR TRUCK BACK...EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT WE WERE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED THERE, BEING WE HAD SPENT ABOUT 250 DOLLARS ON DINNER!!! THEY ARE RUNNING THIS RACKET ALL UP AND DOWN 4TH AVE AND DOWNTOWN FRIDAYS THRU SUNDAYS...WE ARE NOT THE FIRST VICTIMS...THE OWNER PULLED A GUN ON A MAN AND HIS YOUNG SON FOR REQUESTING HIS STOLEN PROPERTY BACK WHEN HE PICKED UP HIS VEHICLE!! WE NEED TO LET OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES KNOW THAT THIEVES AND THUGGERY SHOULD NOT BE HAND IN HAND WITH PROTECTING THEIR PARKING SPACES!! IT IS NOT HARD TO BE A DECENT PERSON...OR IS IT?

******* I have never experienced such incompetence with any fully functioning company! Why my insurance company hired these morons is beyond me. I don't understand who runs this company, but evidently these guys have NO experience in towing! I had to hire AAA to get the job done right. ******* THIS COMPANY HAS A BAD REPUTATION IN THE CITY OF TUCSON, everyone I asked says they are going under! It's just like the customer above stated STAY AWAY!

DONT HIRE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL ! THEIR DRIVERS ARE ADDICTS AND AND WHOEVER RUNS THE COMPANY HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SOEVER!!!! I HAVE HAD 2 CARS TOWED AND BOTH WERE DAMAGED!!!! STAY AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND JOKE!!
