Allen's towing is a bunch of scams they told me they would tow my car for a set price then they called me an said they couldnt get to it because there was another vehicle in the way I told them that I would call and have the vehicle moved but they told me that they tow truck driver did not have time because he had a meeting he had to be to but then they go on to tell me that if I have another $15 they can unhook my shift linkage n tow my vehicle then I don't get how he doesn't have time to have the vehicles move but he has time to unhook my shifting linkage and now two days later I'm still waiting for my money to be reimbursed

Alan's towing provides rude and unreliable service, tried to call today to get a price for towing and they refused to respond until Tuesday with a quote. I used to think highly of Alan's, but after being hung up on after asking a question politely, well, that is the last time I reccomend Alan's to anyone. If they don't need the business, well, my money can be better speant elsewhere. Then again, maybe I should have known better when their tow truck parked on a hill so oncoming traffic hit it head on, then they had to tow the tow truck last winter...yea..that might of been a clue then.



The business, or individual on the phone, could have politely explained company policy, and store hours, especially considering the individual driving the tow truck told me to call, instead i got rude abrupt answers and a hang up. Not good business conduct.
