Unprofessional! First he picks up the phone saying YEAH! I asked was this the cab company, .he says Oh I thought you were somebody else. Just the phone call it self put me off. Also I am a woman,and I was asking him questions but he kept saying no man no man. I asked about a designated town to go to , he says MAN! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TAXES IS TO GO OUT THERE! I just said no thank you. Who talk like that to potential customers?? Smh

I have used Mr.Tommie on several occasions and have known him to never be late or Unruly...Took me and a Friend to Atlanta Airport ...and waited until we were Airborne before he left,Now that's "Good Service"....He's all my wife and several friends use....

This is the most professional cab service in Albany, Georgia. The driver is always on time and I always feel safe and secure. The other companies do not compare to Albany Quality Cab's great service.

This man was was not outside when he called and my phone sent him to voicemail. I called back immediately and the rude man said no one was outside when he so called arrived outside of my home. It was 9 at night and dark so I was waiting inside for safety. The rude man then told me he WAS NOT COMING BACK and he wasnt going to argue with me. This is a horrible taxi service with rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful service. I will never call them again and will never recommend them to anyone because now I might have lost my job because of this man.

This gentleman provided excellent service during the time of need. Very helpful and trustworthy! He is the only cab driver I will depend on in Albany!!!
