It's a horrible company to do any kind of business with they towed a car from my property on behalf of Chrysler capital they told me I had 20 days to get my car back and sold it within 15 days at auction but that's not the worst part they told me at the time of pickup that they would give me time to get my belongings out the car. They let me retrieve and armful of stuff I told them there was stuff in the trunk and I'd be right back after I put the stuff I was holding in the house, it took less than a minute by the time I was going out the house they were speeding down my dive way with car in tow with a box in the trunk with family keepsakes not worth anything but to myself and my mother when I informed them about the box they said there was no box to which I knew better. Then he (the owner of the company) acted like he wanted to start a fight over it.They put a strain on my mother's heart over the stuff they stole. This company has no heart and deserves to go out of business.

I can't say enough about this company. The owner definitely goes above & beyond the call of duty. He would not let my daughter drive away with my grand kids in the car with a very bad spare tire...his concern was not making money but making sure my daughter & her children were safe on the road. Not ONLY did he replace 1 tire but he replaced 2 & asked for nothing. Bill has my business for a lifetime!
