I never doubted the quality of her work, but I will never return to Dr. Macinnes with my animals. When given an estimate for an operation, all the charges weren't included. When I asked after why the charges weren't included in the estimate if they always occur, it was insinuated that I had never asked for a quote (ie, I was lying). While $330 is a lot to pay to have a dog spayed, what offended me was the dishonest manner in which I was treated. The doctor did not even return my call when I asked to speak with her, but rather had one of her assistants "deal" with me. Integrity matters, especially when someone is working on my Spaniel, a member of my family.
