I wish I had looked at the reviews before Russ from All Brands came to my house. First, he explains that my valves are clogged and will need to order some new parts and that my main water supply valve (under sink) needs to be replaced (why?).....then he goes and "toots" in front of me and then dirty's up my bathroom (if that gives you a visual)....then leaves by saying that he would get back with my home warranty co. and need to order the parts as well as the home warranty co dispatching a plumber. Well, 4 days go by and we find a huge amount of water under my sink due to Russ not tightening up the nut when he loosened up the valve under my sink...which then led to water dripping down under the floor and making the seams on my wood floors rise. WE call the home warranty co to find that Russ never called them to say a plumber was needed nor had he filed the service report which is needed to be done within 48 hours.... So, home warranty co had to dispatch plumber to fix leak. Valve replacement was determined by plumber as unnecessary and plumber has no clue as to why Russ would say it was needed. There is no way in the WORLD that I will let Russ back in my house. Now dealing with filing a claim on his insurance due to error...which is obvious after reading all of these other posts is the par norm for him and his company. DON'T USE ALL BRANDS APPLIANCE EVER!!!!!

We recently had repairs from All Brands Appliance out of Paola, KS through our home warranty company after we noticed water damage from a dishwasher while putting in laminate floors. We immediately stopped using the dish washer and filed a claim with our warranty company.
Russ from All Brands came out and diagnosed the dishwasher, a few days later we noticed water damage and warping on our new floor. A floor that was fine before he came out and when I looked under the appliance had a new, consistent drip water supply
Russ was extremely rude to my wife when she told him about the damage, to the point that I asked the warranty company to NEVER send him out for another claim. He was reluctant to supply his insurance provider and extremely combative through the entire process.
I strongly suggest anyone looking for him to do work at your home reconsider their options before Russ and All Brands is hired, I will never use his services again.
