After an estimate they were backed up 2 weeks. Day of install comes. Nobody shows up. Nobody calls. At 1pm I call the office I made appointment weeks ago. First person I speak with looks me up and says its not happening and proceeds to try to make up some unbelievable excuses. I then speak to office manager who instead of taking responsibility tries to play the victim when she didn't like my tone insisting it be done tomorrow since nobody showed up today or had the decency to call to let me know they needed to reschedule. I understand unexpected things can happen but when you run your business poorly it's the customer that gets screwed. Their office manager who self admittedly does not do scheduling didn't have a clue they were not keeping the appt. Makes you wonder what other aspects of their business are run this way. I cant speak on the quality of work of the installers. The poor customer service and incompetence of their management got in the way of the actual work ever being done.
